Copacabana 1 (US$380/week)

This studio apartment is located in the heart of Copacabana, with an oceanside view and just few steps from the beach. This studio is located on a safe and family oriented building, with controlled access 24 hours a day. This is the central area of Copacabana, called “Posto 4”, near everything you need including easy access to phone and Internet.

There is one double sized bed and a sofa bed. The studio includes air conditioning, refridgerator, 2-burner stove/oven, microwave, cable tv, stereo, linens and towels. It also includes a phone for local calls and dial-up internet access.

Copacabana 2 (US$400/week)

This small 1 bedroom apartment was originally a studio, which has been remodeled to have a separated bedroom. It is located in a safe and family oriented building in the central area of Copacabana, near “Posto 4”, about 100 yards from the beach.

There is one double sized bed and a sofa bed. The apartment includes air conditioning, refridgerator, 2-burner stove/oven, microwave, cable tv, cd player, linens and towels. It also includes a phone for local calls and dial-up internet access.

Copacabana 3 (US$600/week)

This 1 bedroom apartment, originally a studio, has a beautiful ocean-side view to Copacabana Beach and it is just 50 yards from the beach. It is located in a safe and family oriented building, with controlled access 24 hours a day. It is located in the central area of Copacabana, near “Posto 4”.

There is a double sized bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment includes an air conditioner, refridgerator, microwave, cable tv, stereo, linens and towels.

Copacabana 4 (US$550/week)

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in a safe and family oriented building about 100 yards from the beach. It is located in the central area of Copacabana, near “Posto 4”.

There is a double sized bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, cable tv, vcr/dvd, cd player, air conditioning, ceiling fan, washer/dryer, safe, lines and towels. Phone line also included for local calls and dial-up internet access.

Copacabana 5 (US$680/week)

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a safe and family oriented building with controlled access 24 hours a day. It is located in the central area of Copacabana, near “Posto 4”, 4 blocks from the beach.

There is a double sized bed in the first bedroom with air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The apartment includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, television, air conditioning, ceiling fan, washing machine, lines and towels.

Ipanema 1 (US$650/week)

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in great neighborhood, just a block from the beach and has controlled access 24 hours a day. It is located in the last area of Ipanema only a few blocks from Leblon, the nicest part of Rio.

There is a double sized bed in the bedroom. The apartment includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, cable tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan, linens and towels. It also has a phone line available for local calls and high speed internet access.
