The Brazileza.com representatives are not doctors and cannot give medical advice. If there is a medical question or concern, it will be forwarded to our surgeons for a response.

The price given after the online evaluation includes:

The price given for a procedure(s) is valid for only six months after given date.

The surgery date can only be secured with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If there is a cancellation before arriving to Brazil, the payment will be refunded minus bank fees. If the cancellation takes place once the patient is in Brazil, the payment will be refunded minus cost for any services already provided.

The patient is required to sign a consent form stating the patient has given the surgeon all relevant medical information, acknowledging an understanding of the information given by the surgeon about the patient’s condition and the recommended surgical or medical procedure(s) to be used, that the patient agrees to proceed with the surgical or medical procedure(s) at their own free will, and that the patient understands the surgeon will do its best to achieve the desired results but that no guarantees or promises have been made concerning the results of any procedure or treatment.

US law does not protect US citizens who have medical procedures done abroad. There may be no legal recourse if surgical negligence by the physician or institution occurs. The patient cannot hold Brazileza liable or responsible for any complications or dissatisfaction with the procedure(s)
Having cosmetic surgery is a very important decision one makes. We recommend that the patient is completely comfortable with the decision to have overseas surgery. If the patient is not comfortable with this decision, we would recommend having surgery from a local surgeon.
